Nowadays, sharing recipes one of the fastest and most common trends. Everyone is focused on showing off the best recipes and dishes but how many of have stopped for a moment to consider what happens to all the food that is wasted during cooking or due to excess leftovers?

Leftovers should never go to waste, but instead they must be re-purposed into a new dish or donated.
My mission is to make reducing food waste a simple and accessible habit as part of the day-to-day life by starting with small steps.

Here at Mayotte, I am an trained Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches and Raw Food Chefs. Combining this knowledge and our experience, we bring awareness to clean food and plant based lifestyle and aid you in understanding issues related to food sensitivities and triggers, differentiating between primary and secondary food, deconstructing your cravings, breaking down your addictive habits, understanding emotional eating and more via your interactive workshops.
